A long-time board member within the New York nonprofit space, Aditi knows the importance of diversity and inclusivity in curating a nonprofit board – and the barriers to access many face in getting involved. From this, and her desire to help others, Aditi launched BoardSeat, an organization pairing interested individuals with available board seats on nonprofit boards.
